Sunnat No.1 Upon Awakening...
As salaamu alaikum Warahmatullah
Insha Allah, every week we will be posting up a simple Sunnat that we can easily implement in our lives . Lets make a concerted intention and effort to practise on them and enhance our lives by practically displaying our love for our Beloved Prophet Muhammed (Sallallahu 'alayhi wasallam). May Allah Ta'ala grant us the ability to be steadfast on the Holy Qur'aan and Sunnah, ameen.
1) Sunnat Upon Awakening:
Immediately upon awakening, rub the face and eyes with both hands to remove the effects of sleep. (Shamaa'il Tirmidhi)

InshaaAllah this will be great, though most of us know these sunnahs already, but this will be a reminder, and also a whole week to make it a habit once again.
